Universal Orlando recently released updated benefits for its onsite resorts: Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. These benefits combined with the proximity of the onsite hotels to the Universal Orlando theme parks can make your stay both economical and convenient. They can also allow you to spend more time at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! Here is a list of the updated benefits.
Universal Orlando Exclusive Onsite Hotel Guest Benefits:
Kiosks are located at each Universal Orlando hotel and the front entrance of the parks. Guests must go to the kiosks at check-in to retrieve their “Universal Express Unlimited” pass for the length of their stay. It takes a photo of you and you present that ticket to the Universal Express lines each day you visit the parks. The showing of a room key is not valid anymore for this Universal Express benefit, all guests must obtain their ticket at a kiosk which allows them access to the Universal Express Lines at both parks during their complete vacation stay.
• Early Park Admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, one hour before the theme park opens. After the early hour ends, visit the rest of the Universal Orlando theme park(s) and then come back late in the day to finish visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Crowds will be much lighter.
• Complimentary Universal Orlando transportation via water taxis or shuttle buses
• Priority seating at select restaurants throughout both Universal Orlando theme parks and Universal CityWalk
• Complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased throughout Universal Orlando to your onsite hotel room
• Charging privileges throughout Universal Orlando with your room key card
